Since August, 2009, Above Grade Basements has renovated our rumpus room and wet bar, games room, powder room, main floor laundry room, kitchen and family room. We were completely satisfied and happy with their work. We interviewed two other companies for the job and were immediately impressed with Derek's positive, 'no problem' attitude compared to the other two contractors. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the project, making suggestions that neither we nor our designer had thought of. Derek designed and built two fantastic built in wall/entertainment units in our home and built custom shelves, cupboards and a bench for our mudroom. I love them!

They kept on schedule and they kept on budget.

They were great when the job was done to come back and 'fix' a few little things that had been missed. They were especially great dealing with a defective 'on demand water heater' which was the manufacturers fault but they took responsibility and worked with the manufacturer until the problem was solved.
